Drawing: An Introduction. Tuesday 18 June , Bovey Tracey

Tuesday 18 June , 1.30 - 4.30pm
Wickham Hall, Bovey Tracey

If you feel you can’t draw and would love to, this workshop will show you that you can. I believe in starting with the basics - how to use different pencils, shading to create 3D, look at and draw shapes, quick gestural drawing, and more - put it all together and you will discover you have the tools you need to start to draw anything.

I know I can teach people to draw to their best ability; I say this to encourage anyone who may not believe they can draw!! I teach in a fun and informal way, but with a serious undertone - I want you to benefit hugely from your experience. You will learn the basics and from there feel able to move on.

I will run a Drawing: Level 2 workshop in due course.

I am a professional artist and qualified teacher and coach, with 13 years experience teaching art to adults – from beginners to advanced. My desire has always been to encourage and push people’s own style, not to copy mine, I have a knack of being able to see a students interest and patterns often before they do.
